  We brought our 2 year old son here for a second opinion as we were worried for his health after picking up an infection while on holiday in Tenerife. The doctor as well as the clinical assistant/receptionist, Antonella, could not have been more attentive and reassuring. We received a full diagnosis on the condition and were offered the opportunity to come back for continued monitoring over the coming days.   I would recommend this doctor’s to anyone needing. I was so anxious about using a doctors in Tenerife as I’d never been in this position before. My daughter had a chest infection. Nurse is so polite and took all the worries about using insurance away. She does it all. I only had to pay my excess for my insurance. The doctor was so nice and reassuring to my daughter. Both English speaking so no barriers at all. I want to thank you both for your help.

  I cannot praise this clinic and its amazing staff enough. I needed a Doctor yesterday as my little boy woke up not being able to hear in one ear. We spoke to the lovely Antonella who advised us to pop down to see them. From the moment we entered the building until we left we were treated amazingly well by Antonella and the lovely Dr who put my son at ease and cleared his ear in no time. I'm honestly still in awe as to how stress free the entire process was and would wholeheartedly recommend this  clinic and its staff. A massive thanks to Antonella who looked after us so well and made the check in process so simple.

  A massive thank you to everyone at this clinic. They looked after us while we were on holiday, and they did it exceptionally well. I truly felt like I was in safe hands.
